Sir John Baring, Bt.
Sir John Baring is an independent investment banker in telecommunications and recently served as Managing Director of PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Telecommunications Investment Banking Division in Washington and New York. He is a Director of Source Media, Inc., a public interactive media services company.
Robert K. Brady
Power Operations Consultant, is both an engineer and a CPA, with extensive power project and management consulting experience. Mr. Brady is an expert in financial and technical analysis and in the development of power projects and new companies. He was a manager with Arthur Anderson and vice president of an independent power company prior to his current position. He holds an engineering degree from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Edwin N. Johnson
Mr. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant and has held auditing positions with Peat Markwick Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG) for four years, senior Controller and International Marketing positions with a Fortune 500 company for eight years and President and CEO positions with smaller entrepreneurial entities for twenty years. Mr Johnson has managed major Wall Street financings as well as equity placements to build operations in private companies. He is highly experienced in managing financial systems to comply with tax, financial, and securities requirements. Mr. Johnson was an honors graduate of Bloomsburg State College, PA and completed the Wharton MBA courses at the University of Pennsylvania, with honors.
Christopher M. Mann
Mr. Mann is an environmental communities developer and independent venture capitalist in Europe and North America.
